How long does it take to do lineart?
If it’s just a person,probably 30 min but if it’s a big piece or has alot of detail in it,probably an hour or so.
I like linearting >.> Sketching out the idea usually takes 10 minutes to 1 hour.
Inking everything takes 30 minutes to 2 hours..
Why is digital art so hard?
In the beginning, it is hard but the learning curve is very steep. Drawing digitally is very similar to drawing traditional but when you start out, it is so much harder because you first have to learn the Programm, that you are drawing in.

Why is drawing pixelated?
It sounds like you are working on a Low resolution 72 Pixels/Inch file, so when you zoom in even once the images become pixelated. Set the Document type to Art and Illustration and then this will by default set the resolution to 300ppi. Now once you begin drawing the quality will be much sharper. I hope this helps!
